Edoardo Bove is being linked with a move away from the Italian capital this summer.
The former Primavera midfielder, now in his third senior year with the Giallorossi, is expected to consider offers from abroad.
The midfielder, who grew up in Roma’s youth sector, is not De Rossi’s first choice, who, in addition to Paredes, Cristante and Pellegrini, asked the club to secure another midfield signing.
The idea is to add another player with more box-to-box characteristics, pace and goal-scoring abilities.
This would inevitably reduce Bove’s playing time even further.
As a result, the player is pondering a switch overseas.
Kia Joorabchian’s agency has been tasked with finding potential suitors in England’s top flight, writes Il Tempo.
There has already been an initial conversation between his entourage and Roma.
Roma’s initial request for Bove is of €18-20 million.
