Despite the growing interest of several Serie A sides, Edoardo Bove is not going to leave the capital in this transfer window and is expected to play a more significant role in Mourinho’s team compared to last season.

His agent, Diego Tavano, discussed the club’s decision to bet on Bove as part of their long-term project in an interview with Radio Radio.

“If you ask me, I don’t think there is much of a difference between him and Frattesi,” Tavano said when asked about Roma’s links with Sassuolo’s midfielder Davide Frattesi.

“If Frattesi is worth €30 million, well, then i can say that Edoardo is a product of Roma’s youth sector and there isn’t much difference between the two.”

“Sassuolo and many other teams like Bove and inquired about him, but Roma told me fair and square that you can’t set a price for a player who is not on the market.”

“Edoardo will therefore stay at Roma and will strive to impose himself and become one of those children of Rome that history has taught us to love.”
