Stephan El Shaarawy and Gianluca Mancini are not yet guaranteed for a spot in Luciano Spalletti’s squad for EURO 2024.
The Roma winger and defender were among the players whom Spalletti observed during his visit to Trigoria on Thursday afternoon.
The former Giallorossi coach attended Roma’s training session and evaluated the likes of Lorenzo Pellegrini, Bryan Cristante, as well as El Shaarawy and Mancini.
However, whereas Pellegrini and Cristante are almost certainly going to be called up, Corriere dello Sport suggests that El Shaarawy and Mancini have yet to prove themselves for Spalletti’s provisional squad.
