El Shaarawy: “My redemption? We will see what the club decides.”

Roma attacker Stephan El Shaarawy spoke today to Sky Sport, here are his words:

Sunday is decisive for second place.
Sunday can be decisive, Napoli must go to Turin but we have to beat Chievo. I never expected to live an adventure like this and have it goes as well in Rome, thank you to Spalletti. My best goal was the heeled goal against Frosinone, it was exciting.

Milan?
I feel sorry for the Rossoneri’s season, who knows what I will feel next week at the San Siro.

Did you expect your first four months in Rome to go this way?
No, it’s a beginning I wouldn’t have believed even if I had been told. These are important months but I knew I could not afford to make mistakes, I have sacrificed a lot and I am happy with the way I’m doing things. For me, the manager was important, I’m happy and proud of what I’m doing. I have to continue like this.

Your redemption is close.
These words are pleasing to hear but nothing is official. At the end of the season, we will see what the club decides.
