Former Monaco and current Roma attacker Stephan El Shaarawy spoke to Sky Sport today ahead of Monday’s meeting against his ex-club Milan:
“After the bad experience in Monaco I needed a fresh start and I got that here at Roma. I have made myself available to the Mister and we have paved an important road together. This year, we are trying to do something more. We have a strong group, a roster built to achieve important goals. We begin with Monday and will take the next matches as they arrive.”
Spalletti?
He’s a Mister who takes care of every single detail, we follow him from this point of view and we think we can learn a lot from him.

How are you? Your approach to Roma-Milan?
Now I’m fine, I have recovered from the injury, we will prepare in the best possible to face AC Milan. We’ll have to match their enthusiasm. This stretch of three matches will tell us a lot about our growth .
What does Roma have more of versus Milan?
We have to show on the field our strengths and stop talking. We should look to give our all for the three points. Even the smaller episodes in the match will matter, we must stay focused and bring home the three points.
