Eldor Shomurodov remains on his way out of Roma.
The Uzbek striker has been unable to play a prominent role in Roma’s season so far and is thus looking to move elsewhere for the remainder of this year’s Serie A campaign.
According to Corriere della Sera, there are two options waiting for him: Empoli and Cagliari.
The newspaper claims the Tuscans are however ahead and a deal could be agreed on soon as Roma are busy looking for his replacement.
