The transfer rumors surrounding Emerson Palmieri continue to swirl.
English outlet the Daily Telegraph have reported that Roma are asking €25-€29 million for the Brazilian left back. Chelsea, however, prefer to take the player initially on loan due to Emerson’s recent return from a torn ACL, which occurred last May.
