Erik Lamela wishes Roma luck in Conference League final

Former Roma and current Sevilla attacker Erik Lamela commented on the Giallorossi’s upcoming Conference League final against Feyenoord.

The Argentine spent two years in the Italian capital from 2011 until 2013, tallying 21 goals in 67 appearances in all competitions. He ultimately joined Tottenham for €35 million, spending eight years with the club, before moving to Sevilla last summer.

“I want to send the best of luck to all Romanisti,” he told Goal.

“They’re playing in a final and obviously they haven’t won a title in a long time, so I hope they can win the Conference League and get their hands on this trophy.”

“I also want to give my best to Jose. Everyone knows what he’s done as a manager and I really hope he’s able to win this title, too.”
