Roma defender Evan Ndicka kept his head held high in his post-match media appearances following the Giallorossi’s elimination from Europa League at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen.

In his post-match comments, Ndicka told reporters, “We played a great game and so did they. We got a draw from tonight, but we are still proud of our performance.”

“It was difficult to manage a two-goal lead. They created a lot of chances.”

“On Sunday we must face Atalanta with the same intensity, we will go to war. It will be another final for us,” he added.
