Roma defender Evan Ndicka spoke to the club shortly after the Giallorossi grabbed their first victory in the Europa League against Dynamo Kyiv.
In his post-match media appearance, Ndicka said, “I was very happy to wear the armband for the first time.”
“This is a beautiful city and Roma is a beautiful team. Wearing the armband is a great honor for me,” he added.
“The match? We played well. We have many games ahead of us, we are a little tired but it is normal, it happens to all teams.”
“Tonight we got a good result, we’re happy with the win,” he concluded.
