Although Evan Ndicka hasn’t officially been unveiled yet as a new AS Roma player, a photo published today by the Ivorian Football Federation suggests the announcement is right around the corner.
The federation’s official Twitter account posted a photo of IFF president Idriss Diallo posing alongisde Lille’s Jonathan Bamba and Ndicka. The latter is seen holding up his new Roma kit which sports the number five–all but confirming his free transfer to the club has been finalised.
The shirt was last worn by left back Matias Vina in the 2021/22 season before he switched to the number 17 after it was vacated by Jordan Veretout.
