Evan Ndicka is expected to make his first official appearance for the Giallorossi after the international break.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Ndicka – who is currently on international duty and will make his return to the Italian capital on Wednesday – is likely to take Gianluca Mancini’s place in Jose Mourinho’s starting eleven for the upcoming match with Empoli.
Mancini recently suffered muscle soreness in his hip and could potentially miss the Empoli clash on Sunday.
The Italian centreback’s condition is not serious, informs the newspaper, and his exclusion from the Giallorossi’s line-up would only stem from Mourinho’s decision to not risk him any further.
