Former Italy and Juventus manager Marcello Lippi was recently interviewed in light of Daniele De Rossi’s new coaching opportunity at Roma.
Lippi – who worked with De Rossi repeatedly over the years with the Italian national team – said he was ‘happy’ for the legendary Roma captain.
“I really like what he’s doing,” said Lippi during the presentation of the film ‘Adesso Vinco Io’. “I’m happy with how he’s handling the situation.”
“De Rossi’s a fantastic guy, we have a great relationship and I’m happy for him, let’s hope he continues like this.”
