Former Roma CEO Lina Souloukou is reportedly eyeing her next project.
After a turbulent exit from the Italian capital as a result of intense criticism and threats in the aftermath of Daniele De Rossi’s dismissal, Souloukou is now being linked with a move back to English football.
In her final days at Roma, Souloukou had ended up under police escort given the intense nature of the threats received from some club supporters.
Now, Corriere dello Sport writes that Souloukou is in the race to become Everton’s new CEO.
Her candidacy is due to her positive relationship with Dan Friedkin who recently became the owner of the Premier League club.
