After a crushing 8-2 defeat against Atalanta, Salernitana are reportedly looking to replace manager Davide Nicola.
Nicola’s own personal issues with the club’s management are further pushing him to leave Salernitana less than a year following his appointment.
As a result, Il Mattino reports that Salernitana are evaluating the profile of former Roma manager Eusebio Di Francesco.
Di Francesco hasn’t managed a club since being sacked by Hellas Verona in 2021 after only three games. Prior to that, Di Francesco struggled to find his footing with brief spells at Sampdoria and Cagliari.
