Former Roma shot-stopper Antonio Mirante, after spending three seasons in the Italian capital, has offered his services as free agent to Napoli.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, 38-year-old Mirante has approached the Partenopei who are currently looking for an experienced free agent to fill in the third goalkeeper role behind the likes of David Ospina and Alex Meret.
Mirante joined Roma in the summer of 2018 and featured in 35 matches across all competitions, finishing with 13 clean sheets. His contract with the Giallorossi expired earlier in June this year.
His most memorable run with the capital club took place in the latter stages of the 2018/19 campaign, when under Ranieri he replaced Robin Olsen as first choice in goal.
