Former Roma striker Edin Dzeko is set to leave Italy after eight years.
The Bosnian attacker has officially agreed to terms with Turkish side Fenerbahce following his two-year spell at Inter where he recently featured in the Champions League final.
Fenerbahce announced the signing earlier today with Dzeko ready to undergo his medical in Turkey.
Thus, Dzeko concludes his time in Italy with 361 appearances in total for Roma and Inter, 147 goals and 69 assists.
