Former Roma defender Christian Panucci was asked to address the speculations regarding Nicolo Zaniolo’s future in a recent interview with Sky Sport.
“First of all, I think it’s safe to say that this is Mourinho’s Roma,” said Panucci about the overall team. “We saw it quite clearly in the second half to the past campaign.”
“About Zaniolo, he’s a strong player with remarkable quality. At Roma he’s an important player.”
“He’ll be the only one to decide his own future now,” concluded Panucci. “I think it’s absurd to question his quality.”
