Former Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi has lost again in a years long legal battle with the capital club.
According to Il Tempo, the Court of Appeal of Rome, III Labor Section, has in fact rejected the appeal of the former Giallorossi sports director on the sentence that accepted the appeal of the club.
Roma’s appeal was presented against the first instance sentence that had decreed the condemnation to compensation of 5 million for dismissal without just cause.
The order signed by judge Stefano Scarafoni, which gives reason to the pool of lawyers led by Lorenzo Vitali, also “condemns the appellant party to pay the legal costs of the revocation judgment, determined at 5000 euros for compensation, in addition to general expenses at 15%, VAT and CPA.”
Thus, Petrachi will not be compensated for what he considers a wrongful dismissal on the part of Roma’s management in 2020.
