Ex-Roma striker Edin Džeko on way out of Inter

Former Roma striker Edin Džeko may be nearing the end to his brief chapter at Inter, following his switch from the Italian capital in the summer of 2021.

The Bosnian forward is rumored to be on his way out of Inter due to the Nerazzurri’s need to thin out and rejuvenate their attacking output. With Romelu Lukaku’s arrival, Dzeko’s minutes would be expected to drastically go down.

Therefore, Tuttosport reports that the player and his entourage are already looking for other options in Italy.

The team that has come forward most recently is newly promoted side Monza who are also in talks with PSG’s Mauro Icardi.

At the same time, Juventus are also considering Dzeko as a last-minute addition to further strengthen their attack due to the uncertain future of Alvaro Morata who has returned to Atletico Madrid after his loan in Turin came to end earlier this summer.
