Former Tottenham Hotspurs goal-keeper Hugo Lloris is being linked with Roma.

The French veteran is still without a team after departing Spurs earlier in the summer as a free agent.

A few weeks ago, Lloris had been in talks to join Lazio as back-up to the Biancocelesti’s Provedel but eventually the deal collapsed as the Frenchman grew unconvinced of his eventual playing time under Maurizio Sarri.

Now, calciomercato.com reports that Lloris’ entourage also offered him to Roma.

The Giallorossi have yet to address Rui Patricio’s rapidly declining performances which have put the Portuguese shot-stopper at the center of much criticism from fans and media alike.

At the moment, however, Lloris is not a profile that Roma would be interested in especially given his age and salary demands.
