Examinations tomorrow for Kluivert following injury

Yesterday evening against Verona, Justin Kluivert was added to the long list of Roma players who have suffered injuries this season. The Dutchman was forced to come off in the second half due to a thigh issue after having scored a goal in the 17th minute against the Venetian side. Kluivert was injured when going into a duel with Verona’s Mattia Zaccagni and was replaced by Diego Perotti, who also scored a goal.

Il Tempo reports that the attacker will undergo medical examinations tomorrow, which will reveal the extent of the injury. The hope within Trigoria is that it’s nothing serious and that he will be able to play against Inter next weekend.
