Exclusive, ag. Nahuel Bustos: “Italy would be a welcome destination”.

RomaPress – Talleres striker Nahuel Bustos is one of the names that Roma is evaluating as a potential summer reinforcement. The 21 year-old has 9 goals and 4 assists to his name in 20 appearances for the 2019/2020 term and has caught the attention of not only Roma, but also Sevilla.

Today, RomaPress spoke exclusively to the agent of the Argentine striker, Ignacio Campo, to discuss his future.

Is Nahuel ready to make the jump to Europe?
He is ready i think. He is a top quality striker with very good technique, he’s fast. He’s the type of player that likes to play in big matches.

Would Italy be a welcome destination?
Certainly.

Has his price been set by Talleres?
Yes, $10 million.

RomaPress followed up with Campo on 27th May to ask briefly about the likelihood of a swap deal involving midfielder Javier Pastore.

Is an exchange between Roma and Talleres involving Nahuel and Javier Pastore a possibility or is it fantasy?
At the moment, we don’t know if that’s a possibility.

Have you appointed an Italian agent to help assist with talks?
Yes, Alessandro Luci.
