Fabio Capello: “Mourinho is learning how difficult it is to coach in Rome.”

Former Roma coach Fabio Capello was asked by Libero to share his thoughts on Mourinho’s struggles so far in his time at Roma.

Capello confirmed his trust in The Special One:

“Mourinho is a great coach. He’s now learning and understanding how difficult it is to be a manager in the Italian capital. I know it from experience.”

The former Roma boss concluded with a suggestion:

“He should focus on the Conference League: the way he’s taught all of us, winning a trophy is always the most important.”
