Former Roma boss Fabio Capello sounded supportive of Roberto Mancini’s recent criticism of Roma youngster Nicolò Zaniolo.
Capello backed Mancini’s comments and told La Gazzetta dello Sport that, “Zaniolo’s got talent but he risks losing it eventually.”
“He must beware of the people that surround him and must focus on himself throughout the year.”
When asked about Paulo Dybala, Capello said, “You can’t debate Dybala’s qualities: when he’s fit, he’s world class and makes a huge difference.”
“I like the idea of Dybala coming to Roma and replacing Zaniolo,” concluded Capello.
