The Federal Prosecutor has released remarks regarding Jose Mourinho’s conduct in Monza-Roma toward referee Daniele Chiffi.

Mourinho’s accusations toward Chiffi will likely cost the capital club a large fine with the possibility of avoiding a suspension for the Special One.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the prosecutor has asked Mourinho for a public apology.

So far, Mourinho has shown no intention to fulfill such an obligation. The matter will be rediscussed in the next few hours.
