Italian attacker Federico Bernardeschi has been reportedly offered to Roma as the player seeks a return to Serie A.
Following a complicated stint at Toronto, Bernardeschi is said to be actively pushing for a move back to Italy where his entourage have offered his services to several teams including Roma.
According to today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, the capital club have received Bernardeschi’s proposal in recent days: Roma are, in fact, searching for an additional winger and Bernardeschi could fit the technical requirements for this position in Daniele De Rossi’s system.
However, the newspaper suggests that Bernardeschi’s salary – which is quite elevated – remains an issue for Roma who can’t afford him at this point in time.
