Unlike previous reports suggested, Federico Chiesa is still an option for Roma.

The Giallorossi are still keen on pursuing the 26-year-old who has asked for time to reflect on his future.

According to Tuttosport, the out-of-favor Juventus winger is intrigued by the prospect of playing in the Italian capital.

In particular, Chiesa is said to be curious of Roma’s new project with Daniele De Rossi at the helm.

De Rossi is a big admirer of his and specifically requested him to come join the club.

Juve’s request is 30 million, but the feeling is that it can also be closed at 25, bonuses included, claims the Italian newspaper.

Then Chiesa will have to agree on the salary and duration of the contract with the Giallorossi: in short, it will still take time, but the two paths are clear.
