Federico Dimarco claims Inter “dominated” in loss to Roma

Andy Mattioli

Inter defender Federico Dimarco – author of the first goal in tonight’s entertaining 2-1 affair at the San Siro – did not sound too pleased with his side’s loss. Dimarco claimed Inter dominated despite the final outcome.

“We must get back to winning,” he told DAZN after the final whistle. “A team like ours can’t afford to lose these games.”

“Tonight we created a lot and suffered very little, every time as soon as the opponent comes at us we always concede goals and it is something that we need to improve.”

“Tonight we dominated all game long. There was no back and forth, it was all us tonight. Yet, they scored two goals with two shots on goal.”
