Former Roma defender Federico Fazio is looking forward to facing the Giallorossi on Serie A’s first match-day of the upcoming campaign.
The Argentine centre-back was recently asked about the capital club, which he left earlier in the year in favour of Salernitana – the side he currently plays for after signing a one-year contract in June.
“Roma are building a strong team,” said the veteran defender in an interview with tuttomercatoweb.
“But we’ll have our amazing supporters on our side and we want to win.”
When asked about Paolo Dybala’s surprise decision to join Roma, he replied, “I’m very happy for him, we all know what kind of player he is.”
