Felix Afena-Gyan on Mourinho: “He’s my second father.”

Felix Afena-Gyan – who joined Cremonese earlier in the season from Roma on a permanent deal – proved to be the Grigiorossi’s hero in their stunning win over Napoli on Tuesday night. The Ghanaian attacker now looks to face Roma in the next round of Coppa Italia, where he will be reunited with his mentor, Jose Mourinho.

Felix briefly spoke about his relationship with the Special One – the man who gave him an opportunity to make his senior debut with Roma last season.

“I happy to be able to face Roma and Mourinho,” Felix told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “And I’m very happy to see him again.”

“Mourinho is my second father. He made me the way I am today,” he added.
