Roma attacker Felix Afena-Gyan echoed the sentiments of captain Lorenzo Pellegrini—asserting tonight’s 1-1 draw against Udinese was tough.
The Giallorossi secured a point in the final moments after Pellegrini was successful from the penalty spot.
“It was a difficult game, we did everything we could to come back,” Felix told Roma TV.
“We were down 1-0 but we managed to claw back and draw level, but it was still a really tough match for us tonight.”
Finally, “Of course we’ll do everything possible to win our upcoming games and I’ll do all I can to help the team win. We’ll play as a team to earn all the points possible.”
Although the result extended Roma’s unbeaten streak in Serie A—they fell further behind Juventus in their quest for a top four league finish.
