Felix: “Tomorrow we must be mentally strong.”

Young Roma attacker Felix Afena-Gyan joined Mourinho in a brief press conference ahead of Roma’s Conference League quarter final with Bodø/Glimt.

The 19-year-old spoke about having the opportunity to play on the European stage. “I’m very happy about it, it feels good to be here after returning from international duty with Ghana.”

“Tomorrow it will be difficult to play on the artificial pitch. I used to play on one with the Primavera, but the key is to remain mentally strong,” he said.

“We have to do our best to adapt to these surroundings and bring the result home.”

He concluded, “I don’t know whether I’ll play, but I’ll do my best if I’m given the opportunity.”
