Following Feyenoord’s loss to Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico last night, the Dutch side’s coach – Arne Slot – spoke to the media in his post-match presser and addressed the difference between playing against Lazio and the Giallorossi.
“Lazio are a team that likes to hold a lot of possession, whereas Roma defend themselves and remain aggressive until the end of the match,” said the Dutch technician. “Both teams have some very good players.”
“When we play against Roma there is a lot of passion involved on both sides of the pitch and with the fans,” he added.
