Feyenoord’s David Hancko: “Tomorrow is the most important game of my career.”

Andy Mattioli

Feyenoord defender David Hancko discussed his feelings ahead of tomorrow night’s match with Roma.

The Slovak defender called tomorrow’s fixture the most important game of his career in today’s earlier press conference.

“I think this is going to be the most important game of my career. My family came to Rotterdam to watch the game live. I can’t wait to get on the pitch,” he told reporters.

“The fans? I just hope that everything will be for the best. We need their support, because we are very strong at home. They give us an energy that is necessary for us.”
