Feyenoord attacker Santiago Gimenez shared his thoughts ahead of the Europa League rematch with Roma.
In an interview with Feyenoord’s official website, Gimenez discussed how the home crowd will impact the first leg of the quarterfinals in Rotterdam.
“We now have only six games remaining until the end of the season and they all must be treated like finals,” said Gimenez.
“They are the most important games for us. Roma will be one of them. We will have to control the game and make sure we get the lead early on. We play at home and I think Roma will understand what de Kuip is all about.”
