Fienga-Petrachi meet, Pallotta to decide on the latter’s future

Sky Sport has reported that there was a meeting today between Roma CEO Guido Fienga and sporting director Gianluca Petrachi as the latter continues to be linked to an exit from the club.

Reportedly, Petrachi expressed his willingness to move forward with the Giallorossi, though, he did raise concerns of what has caused a rift with the club over recent days.

The final decision about the Lecce-born director, though, ultimately lies with president James Pallotta, who upset Petrachi by not mentioning his name in an interview given to the club’s website last week.

Should Petrachi depart, Morgan De Sanctis remains the favorite to replace him.
