Roma are keeping their options open to strengthen Mourinho’s attack in the summer transfer window.
Aside from the recently linked Stephy Mavedidi of Montpellier, Il Messaggero reports that the capital club are still very much interested in Filip Kostić of Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Serbian winger had already been close to the Giallorossi in the summer of 2021, but ultimately the interest from Serie A did not result in a concluded deal for the 29-year-old.
The Giallorossi are on very good terms with Kostić’s agent, Alessandro Lucci, and may use this to their advantage given that the player is closely monitored by Lazio and Inter, too.
The attacker’s demands are quite high: €3 million wages, but thanks to growth decree the actual salary may be lower than that.
