Filippo Missori ecstatic about first team debut: “I’m grateful to Mourinho.”

17-year-old Filippo Missori made his all time senior debut last night with a second half substitution against Zorya Luhansk.

Missori was interviewed by the club’s official channels after the game.

“An indescribable emotion for me who grew up in this club. The coach called me, gave me this opportunity and I thank him very much. I’m very grateful.”

“The coach called me, I was ready without fear and without too much anxiety, we joked about it before entering the pitch and in the end he gave me the ball for the debut.”

“The coach has always been a great coach, it is a privilege to train with him every day.”

“When he calls me I am always ready, I always give my best and the work I did has been rewarded tonight.”
