Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso was interviewed by Corriere della Sera and was asked about La Viola’s stadium situation today. These are his words:
“I am here to learn and work. I work a lot. The money I put in to acquire Fiorentina is not from investors. It’s Rocco’s money, it’s mine. That’s why, with great humility, I ask for the collaboration of the Italian political institutions: especially mayor Nardella, because, frankly, I can’t afford to see the fruits of my labor and sacrifices for another ten years. For example, I can not afford to find myself in the same situation in which Pallotta is in today with the question of the stadium”.
