Borja Mayoral seems to have his mind set on playing for Fiorentina.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, although Crystal Palace and Cagliari have inquired about the services of the Spanish striker, Fiorentina remain the favorites to land Mayoral.
With Mourinho’s steady reliance on Felix Afena-Gyan, Mayoral could see even less of the pitch in the coming months.
Thus, the player is expected to move elsewhere. Right now the plan is for him to complete his loan stint in the Italian capital, and return to his parent club Real Madrid.
From there, the next destination should be Florence.
