Flamengo continue their pursuit of Roma defender Matias Vina who is currently on loan at Sassuolo.
The Uruguayan fullback may soon choose to interrupt his loan with the Neroverdi in favor of a return to South America.
In fact, as reported by Ge.Globo, Flamengo has not let go of the Uruguayan full-back (still on the sidelines due to a knee problem since December) and for this very reason next week, Flamengo’s vice president and sporting director will be in Italy to unlock the negotiation with Roma.
The first offer received amounted to €6 million but Roma do not want to make discounts: the capital club insist on earning at least €10 million off Vina’s sale.
The Brazilian club has no intention of fully satisfying the Giallorossi’s requests but will at least try to get close to the amount required to reach an agreement next week.
