Roma captain Alessandro Florenzi is leaving Roma.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the 28 year-old is joining Spanish side Valencia on a dry loan deal until June.
Florenzi’s agent, Alessandro Lucci, has been meeting with Roma’s executives throughout the day to try and find a deal between the Giallorossi and Spaniards.
All parties were hoping for a permanent deal — but for now, Florenzi will be leaving only temporarily.
Florenzi has fallen down the pecking order of Roma boss Paulo Fonseca and given his eagerness to be called-up for the Euro 2020 — has decided to move away from his boyhood club.
