Fonseca after Wolfsberger draw: “We lacked the last bit in attack. We could have scored more”.

Roma manager Paulo Fonseca was interviewed by Roma TV following the Giallorossi’s 1-1 draw against Wolfsberger in the Europa League.

There were too many mistakes today.
We knew it wasn’t an easy match. They’re a good team, but I think we dominated the whole game. We were lacking the final pass.

Was the high pressing a key?
Yes, at times it wasn’t easy to bream this pressure, especially on the wings. We were just missing the final piece in the final third. We could have scored a few goals.

Could more have been done today?
I think the attitude was good on everyone’s part. I am satisfied with those who played for the first time.
