Former Milan and Barcelona director Ariedo Braida: “Carles Pérez reminds me of Robben”.

Former Milan and Barcelona director Ariedo Braida was interviewed by Mundo Deportivo and was asked about Roma attacker Carles Pérez.

The young Spaniard joined the Giallorossi in January on loan with an obligation to buy for €11 million plus €4.5 million in bonuses.

“I’ve said before that he reminds me of Robben. Two and a half years ago, he had the opportunity to go to Basel,” he said.

”I told them how good he was but they just ignored me but then Roma came knocking for him. He’s left-footed with loads of quality”.

He concluded, “He’s quick, physically strong and shoots the ball well”.
