Former Roma president Rosella Sensi pens letter to Mourinho after Roma-Genoa

Former Roma president Rosella Sensi dedicated an extensive post on Instagram to Jose Mourinho following the shocking refereeing display in Roma 0-0 Genoa.

“From the outside it may seem over the top, but when you are in it you understand everything. And it’s not pleasant. Josè Mourinho is experiencing it the hard way, and I am close to him because I went through it before him.”

“With or without Var, in fact, Roma have often been penalized. Perhaps Mourinho remembers when he was manager at Inter and there were unclear episodes going their way.”

“We have seen and experienced a lot with my dad: from Aldair’s throw-in to the penalty on Gautieri in Turin, passing through that muffled run-up to Inter.”

“We protested, forcefully. Because silence is not always golden. And this, too, Mourinho knows well. I advise him to hold on, because winning in Rome is also beautiful because of this.”
