Roma legend Francesco Totti recently discussed his professional ambitions in an interview with former Giallorossi teammate Hidetoshi Nakata.
The two reunited a few days ago in Japan where Francesco Totti happened to be on tour.
The legendary Giallorossi captain discussed his rapport with Roma boss Jose Mourinho and his own ambitions to work at his boyhood club.
“Mourinho’s Roma suffers from ups and downs. For me he is one of the best in the world because numbers cannot be changed. Some may not like him but he’s been to two consecutive finals. We made two finals in two years with him, it had never happened in 100 years for Roma.”
“Mourinho and I talk very often about the team, the environment. The environment around Roma is beautiful but very particular, you go from riches to rags in an instant.”
“My ambitions? I would really like to work closely with the team as a technical director,” he added.
