Ex-Roma captain and executive Francesco Totti spoke briefly to several media members on hand for tonight’s Integration Heroes match at San Siro.
The charity match is organised by Samuel Eto’o and features a handful of former and current footballers, including free agent Paulo Dybala, who has been linked with a potential summer move to the Giallorossi.
“I could give Dybala a bit of advice. But if it was up to me, I’d gladly have him become Roma’s next number 10,” he said.
“Unfortunately it doesn’t depend on me, but let’s see if he wants it, perhaps he wants another number!”
Er Pupone also commented on the Giallorossi’s season and their upcoming Conference League final battle against Feyenoord. He also weighed in on Jose Mourinho’s first season in the Italian capital.
“Certainly the Champions League is important for everyone, there’s some clubs that could’ve done better this season, but right now Roma have to be focused on the Conference League,” stated Totti.
“It’s going to be a tough game on Wednesday, it’s a final which makes it different from all the others but hopefully it goes well.”
Finally, “As for Mourinho, I’m always going to give him a 10 regardless of how things go. I really like him as a person and as a manager, I really would’ve liked to have worked with him.”
