Roma legend Francesco Totti was once again interviewed by Sky Sport and specifically asked about Paulo Dybala, whose long-awaited move in free agency has been linked to the capital club.
“I didn’t try and convince him of anything,” said Totti. “I spoke to Dybala about certain things and I think he got the message.”
“But the decision for his future is not only up to him,” continued the former captain. “I would gladly give him the number 10 kit, but as far as I know he doesn’t want it. I think he’d wear the 21.”
On a potential return to Roma, Totti once again replied with the same comment, “It takes two for a perfect marriage.”
Finally, Totti addressed the Henrikh Mkhitaryan exit rumors. “Roma would lose a lot with Mkhitaryan gone. He is a great player and a great person, he showed his worth over the years.”
