Frankfurt’s Almamy Touré rumoured as alternative to Maitland-Niles

Roma continue being linked with names for the full-back position after the news of the Giallorossi reaching agreement on personal terms with Maitland-Niles.

Calciomercato.com claim that the club have slowed down their negotiations for the Arsenal man after the Gunners fixed a price-tag of €15 million.

Tiago Pinto does not seem fully convinced of this figure and so the club are monitoring other options including Almamy Touré of Eintracht Frankfurt.

The 25-year-old has one more year left on his contract with the German side and has been linked with an exit from Frankfurt.

The German club are apparently willing to let him go on loan with option to buy set at €8 million.
